Hi! I’m Monica from Italy and this is my first message to this group… I am a severe psoriatric, and tried almost everything… till Abilena told me to get tested for Celiacs disease. Now (3 weeks later) I don’t eat cow or pig meat and milk (dairy)… and I’m clearing!!! I’m loosing weight and my skin is becoming beautiful! Watch out, top-models!! Maybe this is just an episode and it will get worse as usual, but I thought it could be useful to some of you. Thanks for the tip, Abilena, and let’s all say a prayer for the kind Irv Love Monica

Monica! (And all)- Congrats to you!!! I really hope that your improvement continues. My psoriasis started acting up again a bit, so I went further than just cutting out gluten. Now I have cut out ALL grains and most dairy. I eat meats, fruits, veggies, and nuts. In less than a week, my inflammation has subsided. And the flaking has been cut down by 75%. It’s all about getting rid of foreign proteins circulating through the system. They cause the body to mount an attack on itself, like lupus. (In theory, anyway.) If anyone is interested in this way of eating, do a search on "paleolithic diet." Erin (aka Abilena)

Kevin, Irv passed away a few months ago. To date, nobody I know has any information as to the cause of his death. There were many condolence messages and a "memorial garden" was established on an AOL site, which I no longer remember but many expressed their great sorrow at his passing. Many of us try to honor him by "never giving up, ever" as he always posted in his signature line. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Ava
