I told the woman at Customer Service that I needed help finding frozen Chicken Kiev which I have purchased there before.  She said "If it’s chicken, it’s back in the Meat Department."  I said no, it was frozen.  After thinking about that she said "It sounds Jewish so it’s in the Kosher section." Pat
