You would think that of all places in this universe, the phone companies would have figured out how to transfer your call from one department to another without cutting you off. Sadly, a call to AT&T Wireless today has proven me wrong. How my ATT account went from +$120.00 (them owing me) to -$219.90 (me owing them) in the span of a week is a longer story, and it has nothing to do with roaming charges.
